“Not bad is not good enough…”

I think I can safely say I’ve now experienced perfection. 5 hours to set up 15 tables? Perfection. Menu by the three-Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire? Perfect. And as I learned from Etienne, every detail of this dining experience is a choreographed dance for the senses.
