Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch goods in stock within four working days from receiving the order.
Items are dispatched from within the United Kingdom through Royal Mail First Class service; delivery times may vary according to your destination. The maximum period of delivery is within 28 days from dispatch. Please refer to www.royalmail.com for more information.
In the event that your order has not arrived within a reasonable period of time, please contact us. You will need to provide us with a dated copy of your signature along with your written instructions and details of your order.
Refund Policy
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a repayment (including delivery charge) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.
Items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labeling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate).
