Floyd's Fjord Fiesta
Keith Floyd takes his inimitable brand of cooking to Scandinavia in an attempt to win over the locals. Floyd wastes no time by including virtually every living thing in the sea in his fish stew whilst in Norway before heading to Denmark to prepare smoked pork in cherry and red wine sauce. Sweden provides the backdrop for Floyd's crayfish in beer, aquavit and Cajun spices, whilst Greenland supplies just-caught halibut for a soup with dumplings and leeks.
