Floyd on Britain and Ireland
Keith Floyd takes a tour of Britain and Ireland to sample some of the delights on his own doorstep. Never one to miss an opportunity to add a splash of the hard stuff, in Belfast Keith samples an 'Ulster Fry' and cooks beef in Guinness stout with oysters. In his native Somerset, Keith examines the lunchtime fare on offer at his old school and travels to Frome where he cooks rabbit in gooseberry champagne. With visits to Wales and the Orkney Islands on the itinerary, Keith makes sure he searches the furthest corners of Britain and Ireland for some very special recipes.
