Form an orderly queue for another helping of the delicious Planet Food. For starters, Rosie Lovell heads to England; home to roast dinners, oysters and a nice cup of tea. Rosie rips up the diet plan when joining the Pudding Club; heroically demolishing five calorie-busting desserts, including Sticky Toffee Pudding, Jam Roly Poly and Eton Mess in just one sitting. What better way to round off her trip than a pint of traditional real ale in Nottingham. Main course is served when Rosie journeys to Provence for a taste of the finest French cuisine. Rosie begins her trip in Marseille, learning the secrets of a classic Bouillabaisse, before joining a boar hunt in Collobrieres and feasting on the resulting hearty stew. Dessert is prepared by Bobby Chinn in exotic Zanzibar. Here, Bobby finds a fusion of African, Arabian and Caribbean cooking, with the wholesome Ugali a perfect example of the merging of influences. The street food stalls offer a riot of colour and smells, with plates piled high with fresh seafood or goat meat curry. With that fulsome menu on offer, it's surely time sit back on the sofa and enjoy Planet Food as a rather special after dinner treat.

Rosie Lovell begins her culinary journey in Kent where she attends a medieval food fare. Onwards to what makes England really tick, she helps in the Hop Harvest and samples traditional local brews at a nearby beer festival, before heading to the Cotswolds, home to the Pudding Club, those who meet regularly to sample iconic English desserts. Heading North, via the Ludlow Food Festival, Rosie looks at the foods that became popular during the Industrial Revolution and visits Bury Market in Lancashire where she samples Black Pudding. Rosie finally returns to London which has turned the reputation of English cuisine on its head by becoming the world's epicentre for high quality global cuisine.
Culinary writer Rosie Lovell explores the South of France's famous Cote D'Azur and encounters a typically rustic cuisine - the ubiquitous foie gras and truffes noires! Starting off in Marseille, Rosie joins celebrated chef Christian Buffa and concocts a classic Bouillabaisse soup. In Aix-en-Provence, she samples the animated fruit and vegetable markets and cooks up a mouth-watering Lamb Provencal in neighbouring Lourmarin. Heading East, Rosie comes to the chestnut town of Collobrieres and learns that locals like to hunt their own food. Rosie then heads back to the Riviera, to the citrus capital of France, Menton, where she rustles up a tantalising tarte au citron with pastry chef Fabian Pasquale. She ends her culinary quest in Nice making stuffed vegetables called Petits Farcis with the sassy Italian chef Luc Salsedo.
Bobby Chinn starts his discovery of Zanzibar in the capital Stone Town visiting Darajaani market where he learns about the island's spice history. In Kizimbani, he tours the turmeric plants and cinnamon trees populating Yussef's farm, before getting advice on how to choose a coconut refreshment by his eccentric guide, Mister Butterfly. In Stone Town, Bobby breaks for a slug of Arabic coffee in the historic centre's 'Jaws Corner' and cooks a Goan Coconut Crab curry on a traditional Arab dhow boat. Bobby leaves Stone Town to explore the island, and heads to a Swahili village, before taking a local dhalla dhala bus to visite the village of Matemwe, where a cooperative of women demonstrate how to make chutney out of the superfood fruit - the baobab. Bobby's journey comes to a close way down on the East coast, in the fishing village of Michamvi, where he hunts for his conclusive lunch, octopus masala.
