Jason Priestley and Terry Mulligan present more celebrity packed adventures in viticulture. Concentrating on the vines, the wine loving duo visit some of the world's premiere grape growing regions by following their noses to Canada, Spain, Italy and the USA. On their travels they delve into food and wine matching with a vigour that could only be associated with two truly hungry and thirsty men. Bringing the Hollywood touch, the A-list celebrities proffering their personal favourites include Russell Crowe, Dan Aykroyd and Alan Rickman. With in-depth discussions with producers and sellers, all topped up with a barrel full of laughs, learning about wine has never been such fun. 1 Nova Scotia
To lay doubts about Nova Scotia's wine credentials to rest Jason and Terry kick off the new series in the Canadian province. After a visit to the vineyard of Halifax star chef Ray Bear they pass by bubbly heaven Benjamin Bridge and go on to attend the Taste of Nova Scotia event, where chefs prepare for a trip to the legendary James Beard House. A quick stop at the award-winning Gaspereau Vineyards rounds off the extensive tour. 2 Ontario Pt1
Jason and Terry start with the annual Niagara Ontario Wine Auction before heading off to one of the world's most awarded wineries, Pillitteri, for a sampling of its exquisite ice wines. Next stop is East Dell Estates, home of Ackroyd Wines where they also meet the proud owner, comedian Dan Ackroyd. And finally, the pride of Prince Edward County, East of Toronto, Norman Hardie welcomes the team to his vines, planted in Limestone. 3 Ontario Pt2
In this episode the two hosts explore the Niagara region of Canada, first meeting winemaker brothers Paul, Daniel and Matt Speck just across Lake Ontario from Toronto. As it happens they are not the only winemaking siblings in the area, and Jason and Terry are off to the gorgeous Vineland Estates owned by the Schmidt Brothers for a sublime tasting session. 4 Okanagan Pt1
The popular Jackson Triggs Winery is Jason and Terry's first stop in Okanagan. It's right up against the US border in Osoyoos, next door to the first Native owned winery in North America, Nk' Mip (In-ka-Meep). There they meet winemakers Randy Picton and Justin Hall, before heading off to a cooking session hosted by award-winning chef Roger Planiden at the Cellar Door Bistro in Sumac Ridge. 5 Okanagan Pt2
The second leg of the Okanagan tour brings Jason and Terry to the Le Vieux Pin, south of Oliver, where a Bocci Ball game quickly ensues with Vancouver natives Cheech and Chong between tastings. On the other side of the valley they are greeted by Bill Eggert (a.k.a. Mountain Man) in his log cabin tasting room at Fairview Cellars. The tour finishes up north at the Cabana Grille in Kelowna. 6 Italy Pt1
Arriving in the heart of Tuscany, Jason and Terry kick off with an unforgettable night spent in Castello di Gabbianno, a castle built in 1124. 7 Italy Pt2
After a brief walk around historic Florence Jason and Terry head for one of their all-time favourite wineries Brancaia, just North of Sienna. Perhaps no region of the world personifies the warmth and graciousness of good food and great wine more completely than Tuscany. When you see how they make their wines it's also easy to understand why they're a standard for Chianti. And what a treat to finish off the day with a pasta-making session with star chef Maria LaRocca. 8 Italy Pt3
Heading to Bari and the wine growing region of Puglia in the heel of the Italian Boot, Jason and Terry are faced with winemaking on a massive scale at Cantine del Colle. A trip to the local market with chef Michael DeRosa follows, before trying their hand at cheese making at the Gioiella Cheese factory. 9 Spain Pt1
After an exhaustive search for the best paella bistro in the streets of Madrid Jason and Terry are guided through what is there to know about Spanish wines by local experts Wendy Vallester and husband Javier Arauz. Next stop is NEO, a cutting edge winery with its own recording studio (or is it the other way around?). The tour continues below the town centre of Aranda de Duero through the old wine caves and ends with a well-deserved lunch 50 feet under the cobblestones. Terry and Jason head through the north of Madrid after being given a brief history of the regions and wines of Spain by Wendy and Javier. En route to Cebreros they first meet a sheep herder who looks, sounds and talks just like Keith Richards before chatting to one of the new breed of winemakers in Spain, Daniel Ramos at Zerberos Wines and rounding off the tour with a walk-through tasting session. 11 Napa Valley Pt1
The tour begins just south of Calistoga at one of the "Ghost" wineries of Napa, the Ehlers Estate. Jason and Terry then go on to meet Mark Pope, one of the true characters of the region. Also known as 'The Bounty Hunter', Mark owns a wine store and restaurant by the same name in Napa town and on his shelves you find the best of the best -with his wine scouts Mark seeks out the wines most worth keeping. At the next stop star chef Sean O'Toole welcomes the pair to the new Hotel Bardessono in Yountville. 12 Napa Valley Pt2
Jason and Terry kick off at the historic Clift Hotel in San Francisco before heading to the legendary California Stags Leap winery. It is one of the original participants of the 1976 Judgement of Paris, the tasting event that shook the wine world, along with Chateau Montelena, where the pair spend time on the crush pad with owner/winemaker Bo Barrett.
