1  Tokyo City Guide

In this programme Ian Wright goes east to check out the delights, quirks and idiosyncrasies of this fast paced city. He tries a spot of baseball at the Tokyo Dome, sails a boat down the Sumida River, learns aikido with the Tokyo riot police and gets handcuffed to a waiter while he drinks in a cell, in one of Tokyo's weirder clubs. And that's just for starters!.

2  Belgium

More exciting round-the-world adventures with Ian Wright and his team. Today Katy Haswell visits Belgium and Luxembourg - small in stature, but big in attractions. In Belgium's Antwerp she visits the former home of Renaissance painter Rubens and indulges herself at a chocolate shop. She also visits medieval Bruges, the coastal town of Oostduinkirke, the WW1 battlefields around Ypres, the capital Brussels and the caves of the Ardennes. Then it's over to Luxembourg to follow the 'Battle of the Bulge' trail.

3  Western Canada

7  South East China

Today Zay Harding travels through four provinces of South East China, starting in the country's fourth largest city, Guanzhou, capital of the province of Guangdong. After hiking through the Wulingyuan National Park, he travels via Shaoshan, Nanchang, Ruijin Yongding, Anxi and Dehua to the ancient port of Quanzhou, where he takes a boat to the Mazu festival at the temple that's her spiritual home. The last leg of Zay's trip takes him to the developing Chinese tourist resort island of Hainan Dao.

In this ultimate guide to Mexico, Ian, Justine Shapiro and Zay Harding explore the country's many different facets. Justine and Ian trek into the mountains and the jungles, climbing the mighty pyramids and seeking out the remains of Teotihuacan, Chichen Itza, Palenque, Tulum and Tenochtitlan to find out how the Mayans, Aztecs and other pre-colonial Mexicans lived, died and worshipped. Meanwhile, Zay sweats it out with the Tarahumara Indians in the spectacular Copper Canyon and rafts the jungle whitewater of Vera Cruz.

10  Ultimate China

In this episode Megan McCormick, Justine Shapiro and Zay Harding explore China, a land of incredible diversity. Megan visits the old capital, Xianyang, with its army of terracotta warriors, while Justine and Zay tour the Forbidden City and trace the centuries of imperial reign. Megan also tries tai chi and a traditional massage, Zay has his skin cleaned by nibbling fish and foot-scraping therapists, while Justine undergoes acupuncture and has a bonfire lit on her belly!.

11  South Africa 2

More exciting round-the-world adventures with Ian Wright and his team of intrepid travellers. Here Justine Shapiro and Sami Sabiti return to South Africa to see how much the rainbow nation has changed in the decade since the end of apartheid. They travel from Cape Town to Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, before exploring the diamond mines of Kimberley. Justine then experiences the Hindu festival of Kavadi in Durban and goes on safari, while Sami heads north to Thohoyandou to meet the Venda people. Having met up again in Johannesburg, they finish their journey in the Soweto township.

12  Cameroon

In this episode Zay Harding veers off the tourist trail to explore the Central African country of Cameroon, where he meets many different ethnic groups, from the hunter gatherer pygmies of Djoum to the Kirdi of the north, who predict his fortune using crabs! Zay also attempts to complete the gruelling Mount Cameroon marathon, tries his hand at Bakweri wrestling, visits a vibrant market in Torou and comes face to face with all sorts of wildlife, including hippos and gorillas.

13  Florida and The Bahamas

Her final port of call is the Bahamas, where over three million tourists sun worship every year. She visits a massive straw market, takes a mini-sub out to a World War Two wreck and goes diving with sharks.
