As the name suggests, Dream Destinations takes a tour of the world's most desirable, exotic and gorgeous locations. Presented by Claire Smith, a former Miss UK, each of destinations match the glamour of the host and appear to come straight from the pages of the glossiest magazines. The destinations read like a fantasy honeymoon wishlist: The Seychelles, Bali, Sardinia, Cape Town and New Zealand. With images of stunning white sands, palm trees, rolling hills, and the sounds of gently lapping surf, you might find your own Dream Destination.

1 - Seychelles

Here Claire Smith visits the Seychelles, famous for its classic paradise islands with swaying palms and soft, white sands. She island hops from one luxury resort to another and takes a close look at measures being taken to conserve wildlife, such as the island's famous turtles.

As she cruises around the Gulf she finds unexplored beaches, wandering camels and markets replete with ancient gold, frankincense and myrrh.

Our featured destination today is the Cook Islands, where the main island of Raratonga is the centre of economic and political activity but Aitutaki, an azure lagoon with little traffic, is only a short hop away.
