1 - Kent
Six part series touring some of the best and most beautiful corners of the British Isles. Today we're heading for the Garden of England - Kent. And we'll be visiting a selection of the most beautiful gardens in the county, most notably Sissinghurst. We also travel to the famous ghost town of Pluckley, the Tudor town of Chiddingstone, and take a trip on the Dymchurch Steam Railway in Romney. England's most famous Cathedral City Canterbury and Royal Tunbridge Wells are also on the agenda, together with Leeds Castle, a royal residence to six of England's medieval Queens, and once described by Henry VIII as the "Loveliest Castle in the World".

2 - The West Country
Six part series touring some of the best and certainly most beautiful corners of the British Isles. In today's programme we visit the Somerset Cider Brandy Company, the historic fishing village of Clovelly in Devon, and cross the border into Cornwall for a tour of Landhydrock House. Staying in Cornwall, we ride on the Bodmin Wenford Railway, stopping for a tipple at the Camel Valley vineyard, one of the UK's largest. To round things off, we relax in Boscastle, a pretty Cornish fishing village once favoured by Thomas Hardy.

3 - Cotswolds
Six part series touring some of the best and most beautiful corners of the British Isles. The Cotswolds is one of the most evocative and quintessentially English areas in the UK - a landscape of picturesque villages and breathtaking country houses. We'll be visiting Sudeley Castle, Ann Hathaway's cottage and the historic birthplace of Shakespeare on our tour of the area, and rounding things off with a trip to the Cotswold Woollen Weavers and the Cotswold Wildlife Park.

4 - Wessex
Six part series touring some of the best and most beautiful corners of the British Isles. Wessex is the ancient name for what is now considered to be Hampshire, Wiltshire and parts of Dorset. From the splendour of Winchester cathedral, we head for the New Forest with its rolling heathlands and pretty villages, and then to the River Hamble and The Solent for a spot of sailing. The Isle of Wight is our final stop where we tour Highclere Castle, one of Britain's most sumptuous stately homes.

5 - Scotland
Six part series touring some of the best and most beautiful corners of the British Isles. Starting today in the capital city of Edinburgh, we take in the natural beauty of the West Highlands, visit famous Loch Lomond and discover the skills required to make a traditional kilt and Scotland's well-known bagpipes. We travel through Glen Coe to the small town of Fortwilliam to view Ben Nevis, Britain's tallest peak and visit a selection of the best of Scotland's Royal residences, including Culzean Castle, and the magnificent ruin of Melrose Abbey, thought to be the burial place of Robert the Bruce's heart.

Six part series touring some of the best and most beautiful corners of the British Isles. What tour of Beautiful Britain would be complete without a tour of its capital? The programme features the famous Royal tourist attractions Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, Hampton Court and Kensington Palace and we travel outside London to Windsor Castle, the official residence of the Queen and the largest occupied castle in the world, then to Eton College, where countless Royals, including Prince William and Prince Harry, have been educated.
