DESTINATION ADVENTURE

Episode 1: Nepal, Hawaii, Philippines & UK

We join a group of trekkers from the UK and US as they head for base-camp at the foot of mighty Mount Everest, pay a brief visit to Borocay in the Philippines, a scuba diver's paradise, visit the Kaluapapa Peninsula on the Hawaiian island of Molokai and explore the limestone caves of the Mendip Hills in the south west of England.

Episode 2: Maldives,Russia,Switzerland, Micronesia

We go surfing and diving in the Maldives, join German white-water specialist Schorschi Schauf on an epic road trip 200km south from Moscow to the remote High Caucasus range east of the Black Sea, take a high altitude ski-tour of the classic Haute Route and check out the watersports in Saipan, Micronesia.

Episode 3: New Zealand, Switzerland & France

New Zealand offers a wealth of excitement. We visit both north and south islands to bring you the ultimate action sports guide. Plus - Part 2 of Toby Molins and Peter Baily's exhilarating video diary of high altitude skiing on the Haute Route between Switzerland and France

Episode 4: HAlaska, Russia & Australia

We climb the soaring peaks around Atlin, Alaska in search of the ultimate off-piste skiing and snowboarding; in Russia, surf pro Tom Curran explores the remote breaks off the coast of the Kamchatka peninsula; and we join professional travel writer Chris Scott as he spends two months touring Australia's Northern Territories researching the latest edition of the Rough Guide to Australia.

Episode 5:  Brazil

We travel to a hauntingly beautiful yet little known mountain range in Brazil, known as the Minas Gerais - a place that holds a few surprises for our team of mountain bike travellers.

Episode 6: The Golden Triangle

We travel by off-road motorcycle from the lush green hills of Thailand north-west into the most remote corner of its little-known neighbour, Laos.

Episode 7: Uganda

We trek into the mountains on the borders of Rwanda to witness the mountain gorilla in its natural habitat.

Episode 8: ndia - Darjeeling & Beyond

From New Delhi we travel north via West Bengal to the fascinating hillstation of Darjeeling.

Episode 9: Tibet

Today an exciting journey through Tibet to the Kangshung and Rongbuk approaches to Mt Everest, offers a fascinating cultural experience, along with some excellent high altitude trekking into mountain areas rarely visited by foreign visitors.

Episode 10: Canada

We explore British Columbia's coastal mountain range in search of what the region has to offer active travellers in the summer.

Episode 11:  Vietnam

Our Vietnamese adventure begins in bustling Ho Chi Minh City and continues to the river plains of the Mekong Delta, the Hoam Lien Mountains and the islands of Halung Bay, ending with a train journey back south via Hoi An, Nha Trang and Yung Tau.

Episode 12: Oman

We go caving and kayaking on a trip to one of the most surprising and versatile of the Gulf States.

Episode 13:South Africa, Turkey & European Alps

We’re in South Africa - a trip that allows you to experience the African bush close-up, working alongside  a game capture team transferring wild animals between parks. Also, our motorcycle diary ends in Istanbul and we look at secret snowboarding trails on the Italy/France border.
