Presenter Charlie Ottley regularly risks life and limb to take you off the beaten path in his quest to uncover the true "Flavour of….” In the most literal sense we also meet the nation's top chefs, learn about famous national ingredients, eat with indigenous families in remote locations, visit exotic food markets and give you a typical regional dish for each episode.
