Richard Hall
Presenter of A DAY FOR NATURE, WORLD CLASS
Born in Nottingham in 1963, Richard moved to Jersey when he was five. In 1979 at fifteen he joined Channel Television as a sound recordist. Hall became the youngest Studio Cameraman in the UK at sixteen aspiring to directing both live and recorded programmes.
In 1989 he left Channel to set up his own successful production company; Hall TV based in Jersey.
In recent years Richard has visited some 75 countries filming and directing travel programmes and strands including THE BEST OF EUROPE, TREAD THE MED, CARIBBEAN DIARY, HOLIDAY REFLECTIONS, MANSION – GREAT HOUSES OF EUROPE, and of course, the popular series STEPPING THE WORLD on Travel and ITV.
