Gordon Sivell
Presenter of DON'T FORGET YOUR PASSPORT
Gordon Sivell was born with a knapsack on his back. As the son of a career military officer he has been on the move since birth in Toronto, Canada. He lived in Europe for 8 years during the cold war period and started his broadcast career while still in high school in Germany. He worked for 20 years as a reporter and TV news anchor. With the exception of three years in the Canadian Army and five years as a Senior Communications Officer with the Federal Government, he has spent his career in mass communications.
Gordon worked and lived in South Korea for a number of years and currently lives in Southeast Asia. His passion is photography and he enjoys getting as far off the beaten path as possible.
His favourite continent is Africa and he considers himself lucky to have travelled Scandanavia and Europe in the days when you could do it for five dollars a day. He is currently writing a non-fiction book about espionage and wants to spend more time on journalistic endeavors.
