Look out world, they're back!

Robot wars, vodka-fuelled fairground rides, Julian with disappointed dates, Camilla with a Kalashnikov, it can only be more adventures on Julian and Camilla’s World Odyssey. Stare as they navigate Lisbon in a luminous yellow bee-like car, gasp as Camilla makes a full assault on an Argentinean hotel after being locked out and marvel as Julian takes on the might of the Ukraine in an arm-wrestling contest (hint - not much marvelling required).

With more astonishing experiences in Tokyo, Shanghai and Amsterdam as they learn from the locals, it’s another incident packed journey.

Julian & Camilla’s World Odyssey Episode 1: Lisbon

Julian & Camilla head to Portugal to explore its capital, Lisbon. First they hire a Go-Car and become an embarrassing tourist spectacle with Julian’s bad driving. Next, they head to Belem to learn about the Portugal’s history but all Julian seems interested in is competing with Camilla to eat famous Portuguese cakes.

Escaping Lisbon, our presenters take a day trip up the coast to Estoril and Cascais where Camilla braves icy waters while Julian people watches. Noticing the landmark, the Aqueduct, Julian & Camilla take a tour learning more about it and discover “the most evil stone in all of Portugal” and come face to face with a serial killer. Next they visit the beautiful town of Sintra and take in mysterious houses. In their last days in Lisbon Julian & Camilla explore the Alfama neighbourhood and experience it blindfolded. Julian convinces Camilla to attend a bullfight but she doesn’t handle it well. Camilla visits the house of famous Fado singer, Amalia Rodriguez and learns what Fado music means to Portugal.

Julian & Camilla’s World Odyssey Episode 2: Kiev

Julian & Camilla head to Ukraine to explore its capital city, Kiev. Starting downtown they stroll Boulevard Kreschatik and people-watch. Julian notices the women and arranges himself awkward dates with local ladies. To vent his frustration, Camilla takes him to a firing range where they fire Kalashnikov’s.

Next they attend a famous country fair at Velyki Sorochyntsi where they drink vodka before trying out homemade fairground rides to Camilla’s detriment and Julian arm-wrestling Ukraine’s strongest men. Checking into a Kiev landmark, Julian checks out the hotel’s “nightclub” feels repentant the next day at Kiev’s number one tourist attraction, the 11th century Monastery caves complex. Camilla visits the Chernobyl museum before our travelers take a sobering tour to reactor number 4. Camilla meets a young Ukrainian couple and takes Julian to their apartment where they discuss Ukraine’s future and the upcoming celebrations of the 18th anniversary of Ukrainian independence. Observing the street parade of the military might of Ukraine Julian and Camilla reflect on the themes of strength and beauty that seem so dominant here.

Julian & Camilla’s World Odyssey Episode 3: Tokyo

Starting at the famous Shibuya crossing they move onto dinner at an insane restaurant. Next they visit the Future Robotics centre, meeting state of the art robots before battling each other robot style.

In nearby Kamakura Julian & Camilla observe horseback archery and visit a shrine where washing your money doubles it. Back in Tokyo, Camilla & Julian visit the bizarre and magical Hello Kitty Land and a factory that makes plastic food before enjoying some edible treats Michelin star style. Visiting Akihabara, Julian is distracted by irresistible maids and Camilla meets and is dressed up by a costume player and singer who takes her to the cutest karaoke bar. Checking out fashionable Harajuku Julian has a bow-off with a bunny. Visiting sumo wrestlers Camilla develops a crush on one of the wrestlers and meets more men that night when she visits a Male Host Club where Julian attempts to get job. Seeking advice on Japanese ladies, Julian meets with a self-confessed love addict. Before our travelers leave Japan they relax in nearby Hakone and catch a glimpse of Mt Fuji.

Julian & Camilla’s World Odyssey Episode 4: Shanghai

Landing in China’s super city, Shanghai, Julian and Camilla explore the cities super structures and gaze in awe on the newly built suburb of Shanghai, Pudong, which has a cityscape to rival New York. They check out the new site for the 2010 Expo. Then try out acupuncture where Julian discovers Camilla has a phobia of needles. While taking a day trip to the nearby village to Tongli all Julian has on his mind is the sex museum, and while visiting Zhujiajiao water town they make a wish by throwing a fish off a bridge. Julian reconnects with his past, as he lived in china as a child, and visits his old interpreter and old home. They visit Hangzhou and test out herbal cuisine, which neither of them like, and for desert attend a magnificent water dance performance. After shopping up a storm in Shanghai’s old town Julian and Camilla take to a formula-one racetrack and Julian has a meltdown trying to get into the car.

Julian & Camilla’s World Odyssey Episode 5: Amsterdam

While exploring the Dutch capital Amsterdam Julian and Camilla discover it has much more to offer than sex and drugs.

They wander around the canals of this beautiful city and discus the Dutch stereotypes. Camilla drags Julian on a tour of ‘gay’ Amsterdam with their hotel manager and they visit the worlds first ‘Homo monument’, and a handbag museum which Julian rather enjoys. Eating dinner in the dark is an entirely new experience and they have the most fun they have had for a while trying to figure out what they are eating and just trying to get the food in their mouths.

They take a day trip to the city of Rotterdam and throw them selves off the Netherlands’ tallest building with ropes attached of course. Its Camilla’s birthday in Amsterdam and for her birthday she drags Julian along to a fetish party where she dresses as a cat an he dresses as his worst nightwear. While on a day trip to The Hague the scoff raw hearing and discover the posh side of the city.

Julian & Camilla’s World Odyssey Episode 6: Buenos Aires

While in the ‘Paris of South America’, Buenos Aires, Julian and Camilla stay in one of nicest hotels on the continent and Camilla try’s to see if she can fit her butler in her suitcase to take home. They investigate Tango and confirm the fact that they are totally incompatible dance partners. They feast on meat at a traditional family Asado or BBQ where Camilla offends the cook by telling him his steak is tough. Julian tries to console him and he tells him about Argentinean football and then next day they attend a famous ‘super classico’ football match between Bocas Juniors and Riverplate. Julian tries out speed dating, language style, at a session of ‘Spanglish’. On a day trip they visit another country, Uruguay, and the city of Montevideo, where Julian takes a look at the local drumming scene. Camilla investigates Eva Peron and visits her gave and they visit Tigre and get locked out of their hotel.
